Sunlight. Poetry. Music. Art.
In a synesthetic world, there is no distinction between art forms such as painting, music, or poetry. Every sound leaves a visual impression, a poem can feature a specific color palette; letters are associated with emotions; and even time itself possesses its own perception. Under my label “La Siena”, I experiment with natural and environmentally friendly materials, such as earth pigments and mineral pigments, applying them in linseed oil on canvas. My goal is to work absolutely free of toxins and plastics in my paintings. Additionally, I write poetry and love photography. Inspired by intuition, the central themes of my work revolve around sunlight and music; they reflect a synesthetic perspective on the connection between humans and nature.
It is my passion to create artworks that invite viewers to contemplate their own perception of music or poetry. Playing with light is essential to me; therefore, I often work with multiple layers of fine glazes to achieve a vivid impression and to fully highlight the beauty of these natural pigments.
